📜 Masar Hub License Agreement

This License Agreement outlines how digital products purchased from Masar Hub may be used. By purchasing or downloading any item from our platform, you agree to the terms below.

🔐 What Is a License?

A license is a legal agreement between you (the buyer) and the product creator (the seller). When you purchase a digital item from Masar Hub, you're not buying ownership of the product—you’re purchasing the right to use it under specific conditions.

All intellectual property rights remain with the original creator/seller. You may not claim ownership or authorship of any product sold on Masar Hub.

License Types

Masar Hub offers three main license options:

1. Personal License

For non-commercial, personal use only
Valid for one personal or individual social media account
Not allowed for business pages, client work, or commercial use
Cannot be used in anything intended to generate revenue

2. Commercial License

Allows use in commercial projects
Valid for use by freelancers, content creators, and small businesses
Use in one (1) end product or project (e.g., client project, marketing campaign, or paid content)
Cannot be used in products intended for resale

3. Extended Commercial License

Suitable for products intended for sale or mass distribution
Permits use in multiple commercial projects
Allows incorporation into end products that are sold (e.g., digital downloads, print-on-demand goods, online courses, etc.)
Must not resell the product in its original, unaltered form

🚫 Strictly Prohibited Uses

Regardless of the license type, the following actions are not allowed:

❌ Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the original or modified files
❌ Uploading or sharing the files on public or private file-sharing platforms
❌ Claiming the product as your own design or creation
❌ Using the product in a trademark, logo, or brand identity without significant modification
❌ Using the product in a way that competes with Masar Hub or its sellers (e.g., selling similar templates or assets)

⚠️ Ownership & Rights

All digital products sold on Masar Hub are owned by their respective creators or sellers. By purchasing a product, you are granted a license to use it, not ownership of the content itself.

Violation of these terms may result in license revocation, removal of access, and potential legal action.
